SDR / Appointment Setter

3C Online is recruiting an experienced Appointment Setter to join our dynamic team in London.

Our client is a well-established, market-leading business working with highly respected partners and growing every year. They need help to increase their sales and handle all incoming inquiries. Therefore, we now have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced SDR to join us in helping our client with their needs.

3C Online is part of a larger corporation, Online Business Group International. Our mission is to help companies create and improve invaluable customer dialogues via telemarketing, sales appointments, and customer service alike. Our London branch, 3C Online, has been operating for nearly nine years.

The Role

We are looking for an ambitious and motivated individual to join our sales team. Initially, this role will require working weekends only, approximately 8-12 hours per weekend, divided between Saturday and Sunday. If the project goes well, there are significant opportunities to increase your working hours and grow within the company.

Experience in sales, particularly in sales appointments, is essential.

Fixed hourly salary: £11,5/hour

Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture incoming leads by phone, converting high-quality, pre-qualified leads into scheduled sales appointments.
  • Promptly follow up on leads received through various channels.
  • Proactively reach out to leads to introduce our offerings, address initial questions, and assess their needs with the goal of booking a sales appointment.
  • Coordinate and schedule sales appointments between leads and the appropriate sales representatives.
  • Ensure all appointment details are accurately recorded and confirmed with both the lead and the sales team.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers, fostering trust and credibility.
  • Meet agreed KPI´s.

Key Qualifications

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced call center environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience in sales and sales appointments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
